Looking for a coffee that still gives you full flavor and aroma but maybe not the caffeine? Our decaffeinated coffee is a medium to dark roast that uses sugar cane in the decaffeination process.
This coffee comes from Colombia’s Conservation Corridor - a place where the Valle del Cauca farmers have a strong awareness of the importance of the preservation of natural resources, water management and friendly environmental practices. The region - once a prominent producer of coffee - is now dedicated largely to the production of sugar cane. Using sugar cane in the decaffeination process is a more “natural” way to do it, starting with the fermentation of molasses derived from sugar cane. The process extracts around 97% of the caffeine, leaving you with a mug of a pleasant and sweet flavored brew.
